Package freezing is available at RM108 (after SST) every 30 days. Package freezing does NOT extend the amount of validity of days of your package.
Package freezing simply carry your remaining validity of days forwards to after the freezing period, i.e. package will expire in 10 days from today; said package is frozen for 30 days from today, then the package will expire in 10 days after the 30 days of freezing.
Packages are not able to be utilized during the freezing period.
A one-time fee of RM108 (after SST) is charged for package freezing due to medical reasons, i.e. hospitalization, pregnancy, MC etc.
