CLASSES WE OFFER

FLYCYCLE offers FLY BEGINNER and FLYRIDE.

  1. FLYCYCLE BEGINNER : This class focusses on bike set up and signature moves. This is definitely recommended if you are new to FLYCYCLE rides, instructors will guide you through the class that would ensure you enjoy all rides.
  2. FLYRIDE : This is our signature spin class with more challenging moves at a faster pace, you're guaranteed to sweat, burn, and tone. 


FLYFIGHT offers BEGINNER BOXING, FIGHT HIIT, BOX 100, and BOOTY BOXING

  1. BEGINNER BOXING : Learn the fundamentals of this signature boxing class. A high intensity, full-body burn with intervals of punching combos to beat. 
  2. FIGHT HIIT : A high intensity, full-body burn with intervals of punching combos to the beat and bodyweight training. 
  3. BOX 100 : 45-minute boxing-orientated workout. The class is broken up into 3 x 15 minutes "FOCUSES" programmed to focus on a certain aspect of boxing. Each focus contains 3 intervals of 5 minutes. These intervals will contain varied, high-intensity boxing training intervals and conditioning intervals with weights.
  4. BOOTY BOXING : High-intensity boxing class that includes resistance bands that focuses on strengthening and toning your glutes, thighs, and hamstrings.


FLY LAB offers BARRE, YOGA, PILATES, etc.

  1. BARRE: Combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It focuses on small, controlled movements to build strength, flexibility, and endurance, primarily using a ballet barre for support. Barre classes often emphasize toning and sculpting muscles, improving posture, and enhancing core strength.
  2. YOGA : Practice flow and flexibility through a series of postures for a calm and controlled release of the mind and body. 
  3. PILATES : This is our Signature-class, focuses on choreographed movements to upbeat music similar to FLYCYCLE. It uses a variety of moves to get you burning in all the effective zones.


FLYREFORMER offers FLOW, SCULPT and TONE

  1. FLYREFORMER FLOW (BEG) : A beginner class that covers the basics of Reformer Pilates, focusing on fundamental exercises and proper technique. Ideal for those new to Reformer Pilates. Low to moderate intensity.
  2. FLYREFORMER SCULPT (INT) : An intermediate class that builds on basic skills with more challenging exercises aimed at muscle toning and sculpting. Provides a moderate to high-intensity workout.
  3. FLYREFORMER TONE (ADV) : An advanced class designed for experienced practitioners. Features high-intensity exercises focused on strength, precision, and muscle definition.


FLYCIRCUIT (strength class - All levels)

This is our foundational strength class. A comprehensive 45-minute circuit training class featuring dynamic and functional workouts designed to push your fitness boundaries. It includes:

  1. METCON: Short for Metabolic Conditioning, this style involves high-intensity, fast-paced workouts designed to boost cardiovascular fitness and burn calories. The focus is on maintaining a high heart rate throughout the session to maximize calorie expenditure and improve overall conditioning.
  2. FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH: This training style emphasizes exercises that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, mimicking everyday movements. It improves core stability, balance, endurance, and overall strength while enhancing functional fitness for daily activities.
  3. EMOM: A form of interval training where you perform a set number of reps of a specific exercise within each minute. Any remaining time in the minute is used for rest. This style helps build muscular endurance, strength, and fitness capacity by pushing you to complete the reps efficiently.
  4. TRIPLE THREAT: A combination workout that integrates endurance, strength conditioning, and muscle isolation exercises. This approach aims to enhance overall fitness by focusing on different aspects of strength and conditioning within a single session.


FLYCIRCUIT+ (strength class - Intermediate to Advanced)

An advanced version of FLYCIRCUIT focusing on muscular endurance and strength. It features:

  1. HYBRID: Combines various training elements, including cardio, weights, and bodyweight exercises. This style emphasizes strength endurance with longer work sets and increased resistance, providing a comprehensive workout that targets multiple fitness components.
  2. METCON X: An advanced version of metabolic conditioning, featuring a blend of strength and cardio exercises. This style is designed for high-intensity workouts with shorter, more intense intervals followed by recovery periods, focusing on maximizing cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
